To Purchase a product, add the product or products you wish to purchase to your Shopping Trolley by pressing the button that reads "Add to Trolley"; when you are shown the products you wish to purchase press the button that reads "Send Order" and when you wish to complete your order, fill in the order form by pressing the button “Send Order Now” shown in the Portal, and then send it to 16grapes by pressing the button that reads "Confirm Order". 

This entails reading and accepting all the present General Conditions, and if applicable, the Particular Conditions, if any. 

Purchase is taken as made at the registered office of 16grapes.

After making the purchase, the Customer Service Department of 16grapes will send the respective invoice to the User/Purchase whose name appears on the form within the shortest possible time after the purchase has been made.

Confirmation of the order sent by 16grapes is not valid as an invoice or contract, but only as proof of the purchase request.

With respect to loss risk, all the products or goods purchased from 16grapes are purchased through a delivery contract. This means that as soon as the order is delivered by the haulage company, the loss and ownership risk over those products is passed on to the User/Purchaser.
