For the purpose of complying with Organic Act 15/1999, of December 13 1999 on Personal Data Protection, users are hereby informed of the existence of an automated personal database owned and controlled by 16 SCP.  The existence of this database has been duly notified to the Data Protection Agency.

Consequently, users agree to allow all personal data furnished or which may be furnished by them in the future to 16 SCP to be included in this personal database.  These data will be used for processing the services requested by users, sending sales information to users who have previously given their consent, carrying out opinion surveys and offering information of interest to users.
