It has a strong , black cherry red color with a violet edge.

Within its aromas, it is possible to find fresh dark fruit, balsamic, eucalyptus, menthol, vanilla and toast from oak, with mineral notes... This is a very complex wine.

It has a fresh, long, persistent mouth, with a huge structure. Color and concentration are really extreme, highlighting its sweet and polite tannin. It will be interesting to follow its evolution.

It is better to decant before serving. Tasting temperature between 17-19 °C.

MANUFACTURE:
Etim Syrah is made from 100% Syrah from less productive vines, hand picked.

After a gentle de-steaming and crushing, the grapes are fermented in self-emptying vats of stainless steel with long maceration time. As soon as the malolactic fermentation has finished, then matured for 14 months in Allier oak.
